INTERVIEW WITH EXPERT

This is an interview we had with an expert on agriculture. His Name is Francisco Calderón, he graduated from the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, México. He worked in the fields for 15 years and he studied some courses on soil nutrients. He gave us some recommendations for our project and some advice on keeping the germinated seeds.

STEP III

Today we planted our seeds so we can start the germination process. We are looking forward to seeing our little plants grow. The planting process was very fun and entertaining, everybody in the team cooperated and we were finished soon. The first thing we did was to hydrate the peat moss. Then we insert one circle of peat moss in each of the pots. Next we started planting the seeds into each of the pots. Finally we filled the tray with water to keep them humid and added some labels in order to recognize each pot and its content. We cant wait till our seeds start germinating!

STEP I

The first step in our project is to investigate about the subject. We want to know as much about hydroponics as possible so we can succeed.
Here are some of the things we found.
